Expected delivery time:
Within Pakistan: 14 working days (Once the order has been confirmed).
International: 10-21 working days (Once the order has been confirmed).
COVID-19:
Due to the COVID-19 situation, the delivery timeline for orders out of the city may be affected due to the COVID-19 lockdown and international countries' travel limitations that adversely generate logistical issues.

Address Modifications:
Address modifications are not allowed once the order has been placed (including cod and online paid orders).

. Orders placed through the online payment system have to go through a fraud status check and, once cleared by our payment processor, will be processed after three days.

Shipping and Customs Duties:

Order Cancellations
Orders placed through credit card or any other online payment system have to go through a fraud status check and, once cleared by our payment processor, will be processed further. If the fraud status returns 'failed' the order is cancelled automatically. For cash on delivery orders, we follow the practice of verifying orders with a maximum number of 4 confirmation calls. If left unattended, your order will be cancelled.
