How can I place an order?
Once you have added the desired items to your cart, follow the instructions:

To order:
Click on the shopping cart and proceed to checkout
Enter all the required information
Choose the payment method
Click 'place order.'

2. How are the orders confirmed?

Orders placed through credit card or any other online payment system have to go through a fraud status check and, once cleared by our payment processor, will be processed further. If the fraud status returns 'failed', the order is cancelled automatically. For cash on delivery orders, we follow the practice of verifying orders with a maximum number of 4 confirmation calls. If left unattended, your order will be cancelled.

3. Can I modify the order?
Unfortunately, the order cannot be modified once the order has been placed.

4. Can I exchange the article I ordered online?
The order placed online cannot be exchanged unless there is a default in the piece. All orders need to be sent back within seven days of shipment.

5. What payment options do I have?
Cash on delivery (COD)
Online Payment

6. Is COD available internationally?
Currently, the COD service is only applicable in Karachi, Pakistan.

7. Can the order be gift-wrapped?
We currently do not offer gift wrapped items or shopping bags in online orders.
