Refund & Exchange Policy

We only offer exchanges or refunds on defected items. Defects must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order or they will not qualify for a refund.

We do not offer refunds or exchange on a wrong size ordered.


There is no exchange policy as per customer's liking or disliking of the product since all outfits are made to order for our respected customers.

An exchange will only occur in the unlikely situation that we have sent you a defective or incorrect item, and only in the event the purchased goods is unused and undamaged by the customer. In this scenario the shipping costs will be borne by us, in all other scenarios the customer will have to bear shipping.


We customize our products to match your needs. Therefore, all sales are final and non-refundable. We can only exchange the purchased items subject to product and size availability.
