Refund & Exchange Policy

 

At Zah Studio, each piece is made to order with care and precision, exclusively for you. Due to the bespoke nature of our production process, all sales are final.

  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges, including for size-related selections.

  • Please ensure that the size selected at the time of placing the order is accurate, as we cannot accommodate changes once an order has been confirmed.

  • This policy applies to all orders without exception.

We appreciate your understanding and support for our made-to-order model, which allows us to maintain a high standard of craftsmanship and exclusivity for each of our clients.

EXCHANGE POLICY 

Exchanges are only possible if we have sent a defective or incorrect item. The item must be unused and undamaged. In such cases, Zah Studio will cover return shipping costs; otherwise, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. 

1.1 Our Commitment to Quality
We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every piece. Each item undergoes thorough quality checks during production and packaging to ensure it meets our high standards. Our skilled team inspects every product carefully for any flaws or inconsistencies, using only premium materials.

1.2 Reporting a Defect
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with the following details:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the defect

  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue

  • Any other relevant information

1.3 Return Process
Once your claim is approved, we will guide you through the return process:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item.

  • Carefully pack and return the item to our address in Pakistan.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item sent was incorrect or damaged.

  • After receiving the item, we will assess it and offer a resolution, which may include replacement, store credit, or refund (where applicable).

1.4 Review and Assessment
All reported concerns are reviewed thoroughly through visual inspection, documentation checks, and internal evaluation to ensure a fair resolution.

1.5 Refund or Replacement
If the defect is confirmed, we will offer a suitable resolution. Refunds are granted only in exceptional cases and at Zah Studio’s discretion. Usually, we provide a replacement or store credit.

1.6 Brand Discretion
Zah Studio reserves the right to make final decisions on refunds or replacements based on the investigation outcomes and policy guidelines.

 


RETURN POLICY 

Because every product is customized to your specifications, all sales are final and non-refundable. Exchanges can only be made subject to product and size availability.

 


REFUND POLICY 

All sales are final and refunds are not offered, except in exceptional cases of verified defects.
